I hired Jason Moron for a costody case involving my 3 year old son. Long story short he told me I would for sure get at least 40% costody. Throughout the negotiations with my ex’s attorney he continually lied to me. He also continually manipulated me in order for me to keep paying him money. He asked me to lie on my affidavit to the courts in order to make my ex look bad. He thinks he can get away with because he is also a county attorney. He thinks he is above the law. Once again long story short I lost my case in front of the judge because the judge saw through all my lies. I am afraid now of being charged with purgury. He is a liar,a manipulator, and a thief who should be disbarred. Do not hire this idiot

After reading the article about Jason Moran telling his client to lie in court I was amazed but not shocked! I was amazed that someone came forward in stating anything against Jason Moran- City Attorney and private attorney.
I was not shocked because if you ever listen to this "person" in court or even at a council meeting any one can see that he lies. I'm not saying he lies all of the time but when he does it is rather ridiculous because he doesn't need to do so. At a council meeting he pushed his opinion on what he thinks about 'Solar Gardens'.
He stated that he did MUCH RESEARCH on this subject, when in fact everything he stated was either grossly exaggerated or completely false! After lying about this future technology it made me wonder about other things he has lied about at council meetings, etc.
I was just shocked that he has lied, under oath, about other things. Bottomline is that he never has to do this!! In my opinion -that makes him a compulsive liar and being a lawyer he is good at it so people never doubt him! That is very scary because he is convincing council members of 4 small towns that he is correct- when actually he is just stating his opinion and not TRUE facts!
A good example of who Jason Moran really is just look at his comments in reference to the man who made a claim against him. Jason Moran puts his foot in his mouth multiple times and all a person has to do is look at the language he used in the rebuttable of the man who made a claim against him. His language is just horrible, childish, and unprofessional!

This client is an a**hole. Nothing he said is true. I tried to show him how too win in court but he f***ed up. That is not my fault if he didn’t know how to lie like I told him. What a jerk If he would have done what I told him he would have totally fooled the judge. I owe him nothing
