Jay Adkisson & Chris Riser have very BAD REPUTATIONS and use very deceptive advertising methods. They slam every other asset protection structure except their own little US-based trust that you can get anywhere.

They lie and deceive and tell half-truths about limited partnerships, international trusts, etc. to scare people away from anything else but what they do.

For example, they talk about where the Anderson's had trouble with their international trust. However, what these deceivers fail to tell the public is that the attorney who set up the trust for them - set it up WRONG. The attorney named the protector, who can help direct the trustee, the same as the beneficiaries (similar to owners) of the trust. This is not proper because the protector has too much control to provide for an arms-length asset protection structure. This erroneous drafting of the trust is what got the Anderson's in trouble, not the trust, itself.

Plus any fool can point to rogue judges who rule contrary to law. Then that same fool, Adkisson can trick the public by pointing out these rare rulings.

Here is another quote from the Complaints Board. "I hired Riser Adkisson LLP to protect me from a lawsuit and to help my family live on my income from my rental properties. I gave Mr. Adkisson over $25, 000 in fees and expected to be fully protected. Instead I ended up losing everything and still owing more. I only wish I had never met these corrupt and greedy characters. The plan involved a lot of smoke and mirrors and of course it blew up in a minute. Then they never returned any of my phone calls and tried to debit my bank account for more fees. Now I realize why they never even answer the phone..they got too many angry people to deal with. At their speech they talked a lot of fancy legal talk and their web info seemed like they knew a lot, but in the end it was a lot of bogus US trust and corp garbage."

So, let me tell you this, Jay D Adkisson & Christopher M Riser if you keep deceiving the public by tearing down any methods except for the ones you sell, we will keep tearing down everything you stand for.
