mr. jay emery (dba- JAYS AUTO BODY) willinly and knowinly sold me a salvage vehicle, this happened 06-04. this vehicle has been paid for, i canot get the title or licence plates from him , due to the fact that this vehicle has never been through the proper inspections , so that it could be registered. mr. emery is refusing to recify this, and keep giving me the run around. there is nothing i can do with this vehicle.
