I ordered a Sony laptop from JC Morris early Feb 2002. I have not received it. Once the delivey date, passed by, they said they were having problems with their distributor.
Then, they said I was next on the list, and I would have it in one week. That was 8 weeks ago! I am out 1000+ dollars, and it is impossible to communicate with the company. I at first wanted my computer, now I just want the money.
You see, I am a soon to be college student. I need a computer, or money to buy one, and they stole both from me. Yahoo & PayPal won't file complaints because it is past 30 days. To make matters worse, they are now filing Chapter 11. If anybody knows representation and/or more info, PLEASE contact me.
