These people are ridiculous. They charge your card and then tell you they don't have the merchandise you picked out --AFTER they charge your card. You are forced to choose something else and when you do not like or it does not fit, they charge you a 15% restocking fee for an item you didn't even want. THEN they hang up on you repeatedly when you call and try and discuss. It's to the point where I had to dispute the charge and when I spoke to the manager/alleged owner he then challenged me and said, "go ahead, you'll lose." That's the kind of business you are doing when you order online with this subpar business --very poor business practices, horrible customer service, they are arrogant and could care less about the consumer.
Better off going somewhere else...Horrible treatment of customers...Horrible.
