Left owing rent and left a major mess. Beware of these renters.
Destroyed their own stuff and left 6 truckloads of garbage in my rental.

Yes this is an actual eviction. Yes these are actual pictures of their belongings never taken out of the trailer.
And destroyed by them. I never talked to you and they never asked for repairs. Wake up!

I have rented to Jean Gomez and Francheska Gonzales in the past and they are an amazing family and great tenants. I know who you are and why you are writing this. First they were NOT evicted, they left on their own after your abuse while you filed the papers in court. Second they have witnesses about how they left everything clean however you took your time staging all that crap to fram them. Third I spoke with you in several ocassions asking you to please do right by them and complete all the repairs needed in the unit but you ignored me the same way you ignored your tenants. Don't worry. You win, they are out of the house but there is something called Karma that will give you back all the pain and suffering that you have inflicted on this Family. And yes, they are back living at one of my properties that was vacant and I am proud to have them back.
You need Christ in your life. All this lying is not normal.
