This individual gave us a good impression when he came to our office and offer his services as a web developer, (previously sent us an email with his services), since we wanted to improve our website. We checked is webpage: www.jeffdurbinportfolio.com and liked the examples there.

We followed up with him, he sent us a template webpage, not very unique or awsome so we requested a few changes, at that point we gave him a green light to continue and paid him the half of his invoice. After that we didn't hear anything else.

We are just doing this so people do the homework we didn't do, wich was calling a few of his "clients" just to make sure it was real. We did that after words and of course, were not real or very old webpages, not even from him, as we found out later on.

Be careful people, I'm sure he changes identity. We like to trust people and it is a pitty that this type of individuals play with that and most times get away with it.
