When you send it, will you please send the DNA records and all the things

if you do not want to pay to send them, if your printer scans, you can email
everything except the transfer papers, I don't care; I can print them out.
You know pics of parents, etc etc, pedigree, numbers even I can look them
up, but again you can scan  most everything if that is better for you

just email it to me, you ignored all my suggestions insisting you had already
mailed it once and that you would do so again. And then you state you HAVE mailed it again.

If I can't have what I paid for then you leave me no choice but to say, I want
to return Armani and get a full refund, today.

I don't why you are putting me off, maybe this is what you wanted all along,
that's fine, either get the COMPLETE paperwork to me today or I want my money back and
I will return Armani to you.

The above are JUST Some of the emails, this is NOT the complete run down. I think I have proven that I was BEYOND Accommodating and polite and put up with a lot, a lot of LIES and MANIPULATION from Jennifer Payne.

These also show what a great LIAR and con artist she is, WOW can she play innocent, and oh so sweet.And this was nothing compared to her history.

See if I HAD signed the paper the way SHE TOLD ME TOO, CLAIMING AKC TOLD her that, then I would NEVER have any say in this dog, she would be able to take him back from me even though I paid 500.00 cash to her for him. She would have complete control and if I in ignorance sold him or used him for stud she could sue me for at least 2500.00 by claiming he is a show dog, because he was shown.

The time that has passed since the Main report was filed also proves that I HAVE NOT MOVED against Jennifer Payne, I let this go, I walked away. Jennifer Payne on the other hand has been USING other people and claiming that I have filed against her, she or her other fraud pal Gale Rivers have brought nothing but lies and FALSE accusations.

 LIES , SLANDER ,  that has become LIBEL. Now it is very clear the ONLY reason for her to do this is because I DID NOT FALL FOR HER CON, OF being PAYING HER 500.00 AND BELING CO-OWNER of the 7 month old puppy Armani.

How great that would have been for her, I pay her hundreds of dollars, she CAN Take him back or demand I stud him out and pay her, OR RE-SELL him out from under me and I would NOT have been able to do ONE SINGLE THING to prevent her. WHY? Because there is NO paperwork stating that I I would receive ANY Money for ANY reason, because she would have been the “NEW OWNER”.

The more I go over this, and the more I read where I WAS SO BEYOND NICE and ACCOMADATING while she did what she knows best, LIE and Manipulate.

Please the 2 pictures, one is the certtifcate where Jennifer Payne signed as the new owner, the other picture are just 3 of the 2 week long email ordeal of me TRYING very nicely to get what I paid for; and her lies of trying to get me to be the co-owner without realizing what I was doing.

Here is the certificate that I was handed by Jennifer Payne. I will be posting emails shortly that confirm Jennifer thell me that ; " AKC TOLD HER to TELL ME to SIGN under her name"...Where clearly it can be seen that that would make me the CO-OWNER and NOT the LEGAL OWNER SOLE OWNER. ALso I ahev her original AD where she posted this puppy for 500.00 for full registration. It stated the ONLY reason she was selling him was because he was too small to show, which is another lie. I will be sending all that to "ALL" dog Registries, and if there is ANY issues regarding that here, I will post that entire mess here also.

So my rebuttals with my intentions were filed yesterday but did not show up until today early evening 6/30/2014. SO I emailed Jennifer to let her know what I was doing. The police suggested I let her know.

So Jennifer tells me that she has not been to this site, now she has not posted anything that's true since her nasty little Rainier poodle scam, of pretending to be Valerie Vavrick and or Dee Snell. But according to Gale Rivers and on Gale Rivers report, Gale STATES that she and Jennifer are working together to stop me from posting the TRUTH and the FACTS.

Then quite humerously Jennifer threatens me that I am harassing her and THAT I have been trying to "trash her reputation"...I notice that Gale Rivers and Jennifer BOTH throw around accusations but NEVER provide any emails OR documentation. I have and I have repeatedly asked this site about posting emails and getting help with posting pictures because for some reason my pics won't post. I have copies from this site of their confirmation ID's numbers and copies of my requests so like usual I have proof of what I say.

 I spoke with one person regarding this mess with Jennifer because she was actually STILL the legal owner of the dog I bought from Jennifer. I have spoken to no one else, if I had there would be proof somewhere in emails.  I got one call that was clearly a fake and I knew it because of the questioning they gave me. 

Endless emails and hours long phone call asking me "what is Armani's story", and can I speak to the person you got him from, (INSTEAD of asking me about the dog)  which I said no, there had been a lot of drama and I did not want to go there again. I refused to give Jennifer's name out!   SO this comes down to what it always has come down too, I was not conned by Jennifer and she is not going to let that go.

I will NOW speak to ANYONE regarding this situation and I WILL share ALL emails and ALL VM with whomever I can. I AM DONE being CONNED and DEFRAUDED by these unprofessional, well really they are criminals. If you LIE for monetary gain, that under the law makes you a criminal. Not my words, that is the law.

I also AGAIN told Jennifer since she is STILL so unhappy about giving me FULL registration for 500.00 then she is welcome to buy Armani back ANYTIME for that same amount, in cash as that is how I paid. And once again she refused, I sent her one more emial today (so 2) that said "according to Gale Rivers you two are working together", which is what Gale wrote in her nasty childish rebuttal.

It is clear Jennifer contaced Gale because she said I "tried to trash her reputation" (proof?) and Um she "IS" a CON ARTIST that is NOT my fault she lives that way, now she wants to DENY it because obviously Gale let the cat out with her posting rebuttal and Jennifer was not expecting that.

Her last email to me states she will never try to contact me again or even through another person. She also says how ridiculous this is, gee Jennifer YA THINK? WHY didn't YOU just let it go? I did. NOW I won't let it go, it's clear there is ONE type of person that is in the breeder busniess, LIARS, CON people, Abusers, Arrogant know it alls, who CAN'T SHUT UP even when they have been CAUGHT in LIES and TOLD, "Don't worry I don't care"!!!! That's what I told her MANY times. We are here because YOU forced it. I wanted peace and I walked away EVEN AFTER ALL the roTTEN LIES from YOU Jennifer Payne, EVEN after ALL the attempts to DEFRAUD ME, I WALKED AWAY.  These people have mental issues, they just don't stop until they have trashed themselves.

I'm afraid of these people and the police said rightly so. ANYONE reading this, you have been warned, check out Jennifer Payne and family for fatcs and truth regarding FRAUD and much much more. Clearly after they got caught at that they NOW have moved to the dog world, and my story is proof. Oh and Jennifer is taking over CNC poodles, was and I think still is based in Co.

I gave the names of the people that I spoke with that had some interesting information about Jennifer and dogs; I can't repeat here because it's hear say, but the police have it all down and WILL be investegating it.

This is to alert you Jennifer Payne that I am moving forward to alert AKC and UKC And ALL Dog Registry's about you and your family and how you have DEFRAUDED people, How YOU have TRIED to DEFRAUD me out of Legal ownership of Armani, how YOU and Gale Rivers have and are NOW working together to 1. slander me and 2. make it "libel" by actualy writing the slander down.

I am going to be alerting the police, NOW that I am fully aware of YOUR criminal / felony background, the police need to be aware so IF ANYTHING happens to me in any way, YOU will be looked at. The people you associated with to DEFRAUD others, have been prisoned for fraud, drugs , assualt, and EVEN SEXUAL BATTERY and ASSUALT. It's quite clear you are like minded; and that is how the police will view it as I am sure YOU know.

I confrimed all those business's being in your name, it's all TRUE! You are the FRONT man for FRAUD.

Jennifer Payne is STILL continuing to try and cause problems. I will be up-loading pictures of the paper work she gave me, she signed the back as the "new owner" then told me to sign under her name, which would make me co-owner under her, NOT the legal owner. I will up-load emails to confirm the picture.  Jennifer has been arrested for fraud, her husband has been arressted for fraud, and assualt, and narcotics, and many things in SEVERAL states. Some of the information is on this site, there is a TV station KETV, that did an entire story on the FRAUD scams they had going that reach back to at least 2009.

Jennifer Payne is called squeky clean and YET is also called the "front Man /WOMAN" for the FRAUD. WHen you speak to her she appears to be knowledgable and helpful and yes quite innocent. Do NOT be FOOLED. She has been succssful in enlisting others to do her dirty work. Because Jennifer Payne has continued to ATTEMPT to cause me harm, with out right LIES ans SLANDER, and I have proof; I will NOW move forward and provide ALL information, VM's and pictures to AKC. I will also seek out the help of the state Attorney Generals office.

I post this to help others who may have been OR may be victimzed by these unscrupulous people. NEVER TRUST a dog breeder! NEVER. Make sure YOU have EVERYTHING in black and white BEFORE YOU EVER HAND ONE DIME OVER TO THEM. They are better CON ARTISTS, that used care salesmen. CHeck them out with AKC and ask for references from other people that have bought puppies from them, THEY ARE JUST AS ACCOUNTABLE AS ANYONE ELSE.

I am waiting for this site to help me get "ALL" my information up-loaded. If a lawyer reads this and wants to help, if they believe there is a case to prosecute then by all means contact me. I origianlly used this venue to hope that it would make people think, hoping to work things out and not really cause any harm to anyone. However I am NOW moving forward, these FRAUDULANT people continue to slander me, when THEY ARE THE ONES THAT have CAUSED ME HARM.

This matter was resolved between both parties with agreements that both persons needs (paperwork needing to exchange hands) was provided. It is our understanding that this has been formally asked to be removed by Jodi off of rip off report and we appreciate that. 

This matter will carry no farther and no other rip off comments will be or have been made by us other than this one. Wasnt even aware of the report until now and I am sure it's been resolved and will be removed.

She made that rebuttal presenting herself as Jennifer, clearly she is unbalanced. What she is doing is attempting to CAUSE for friction and trouble between Jennifer and myself.  As stated the REBUTTAL was POSTED the SAME day as the report.  I have been emailing Rip Off Report ASKING them 4 times TODAY WHY it was never posted.

Jennifer Payne Signed the ransfer papers that SAME DAY, ALL IS RESOLVED and has been since the 15th. Dee from Seattle Poodles is an unbalnaced person looking to CREATE problems. I have no idea why.

I also have all the emails between you two and you have spelled your name 2 or 3 different ways, theres was never an agreement for full registration and youve done this before to other breeders, purposely start stuff to try and ruin there reputation when they havent done anything wrong.. As soon as things escalated to a very high degree, I filed  this report.  Almost as soon as I filed and Jennifer did not know as yet, she did MAKE IT RIGHT. - It's imporatnat that this be on record. I have no wish to hurt anyone in any way.

Jennifer signed the paper work and it is right now as I write being reviewed by AKC, I have scanned and emailed everything to them, they said there should not be a problem. I will update here if there is. But right now PLEASE NOTE that Jennifer Payne did do what the purchase agreement stated as of 05/1/2014 and as of 05/16/2014 the paper work is being reviewed.
