Do not purchase a yorkie puppie from Jennifer Tung, she is over breeding her dogs, lists 4-5 puppies every few weeks and charges $3500++++. She is nothing more than a greedy breeder who does not pay taxes per each dog sold and does not have a breeder permit per California Law.

I made the mistake of falling in love via puppyfind.com pictures of a really cute tea cup yorkie female puppy Jennifer was advertising. The puppy arrived and seemed healthy but not even 13 days after picking up the puppy from the airport, it died of a congenital/hereditary defect.

Jennifer Tung would not refund my money all though per California Puppy Lemon Law I was entitled to a full refund due to the way the puppy died. She claims to be a hobby breeder which is not case as she sells more than 1 litter in 12 months time. Instead of taking her to court for my money back I agreed to a replacement puppy.

Complete disaster, I had to litterly haggle with her as she felt it was not her reasonability to pay for shipping of the replacement dog, after quite a few phone calls and e-mails she finally agreed to pay shipping. When I went to pick the replacement puppy at the airport, I was blown away when I looked in the crate as she shipped me the wrong dog. The dog had broken ears and 3 times the size of the dog I picked out. She then blamed it on United Airlines stating they must have mixed up the dogs.

Numerous calls and e-mails to her and no response. Finally 10 days later she says fine I can switch the replacement dog for the correct dog but I would have to pay for her time to drive to the airport as well as shipping for the second replacement dog. She did a bait and switch hoping I would not fuss and just keep the replacement dog.

Every time we talked all she would she would say is isn't the puppy cute, she is not going to get that big. The replacement puppy was already near 2 pounds at 10 weeks and she was telling me it won't grow much more. Come on any educated breeder knows puppies are not full grown until at least 1.5 years old. Jennifer Tung 310-990-6020 use to live in Los Angeles but not is located in Ventura, CA, stay away.

This women treats her dogs as nothing more than a money in her pocket. Up for sale now she has 4 more dogs for sale on puppyfind all of which she is asking over $3500. All this money in her pocket and she could not refund my money for the puppy which passed way of a heart defect.

Please stay away from this breeder, DO NOT purchase from her! She is unethical and does not pay federal or state taxes for all these puppies she is selling. Report her to the Franchise Tax Board!

Inaccurate report about Jennifer Tung Yorkie puppies, myteacuppups

AUTHOR: Jennifer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 25, 2008

I am responding to a very misleading and factually inaccurate report written by Liza, who didn't even identify herself on her report. I would like to clarify what really happened during this very sad and upsetting event when the puppy died.

Liza had notified me that her puppy died, I talked to her vet and he said that she was very healthy when Liza brought her in for a vet check. He was not 100% sure that her cause of death was confenital and cause of death is still unknown.

I was MORE THAN FAIR, REASONABLE and KIND, I said I would give her a replacement puppy because cause of her death was inconclusive. She said she wanted more (she wanted money back) than just a replacement puppy so I told her I would pay for the replacement puppy's shipping (which was $300) and also refund her $400. She was very difficult with her demands and in the time she wanted her puppy to be shipped as I live very far from the airport.

I had her puppy shipped at the same time as another puppy. I booked and rebooked the flight for the pups that same day. I made this arrangement to appease Liza because she wanted me to ship the new puppy that same day.

I drove to the airline to ship both the pups. Filled out the paperwork and paid for shipping and left for home. The next day I talked to Liza and she said she recieved the puppy, but it was the wrong puppy. I was very confused, she sent me pics and she was right she did get the wrong puppy. Liza told me when she picked up the puppy there were absolutely no paperwork attached to the crate, she knew something was wrong because when she picked up her first puppy there was lots of paperwork attached to the top of the crate. When a puppy is shipped paperwork is taped on top of the crate with all the shipping infomation so the shipment goes to the right person. 2 days later I finally talked to the lady in Texas that the other puppy went to and she also said the same thing, no paperwork came with the puppy at the time of pickup. The airlines messed up the shipment and the puppies were shipped to the wrong person. I can not be blamed for that. It is not my fault because of the inept workers at the airlines.

You can only imagine how I was feeling at this point. A huge mess with all the blame on me. I talked to the lady, explained the situation and at this point her family was already attached to the puppy and she didn't want to return her. She got back to me a week later begging me to let her keep her. I asked Liza if she wanted to keep the puppy she already had and she said no, and she wanted to return the puppy and have me pay for the shipping. In the end I paid for all the shipping of all three pups and Liza got a beautiful tiny little female that met all her standards. Before the 2nd puppy came back to me, she asked if her friend could deposit $1000 into my bank account and buy her from me. I received 2 email regarding the second puppy Liza didn't want to keep, but wanted her friend to buy but didn't because I didn't agree with the price. For someone who thinks I mistreat my dogs and wants to make sure no one buys a pup from me, its interesting that she would refer a personal friend to me during this situation.

I have apologized for what happened and for the stressful situation, I corrected everything, paid for all shipping and refunded money to her. After all that, this report exists, I have realized all this is about money. For her to be happy with her 3rd puppy and asking if her friend could buy the 2nd puppy from me and then writing this didn't make any sense to me. The last email I received from Liza she told me she ended up selling her puppy because her 2 other dogs were now traumatized from having 2 different puppies in her home and she would like it if I would refund her anywhere from up to $3000. ???? I want to make it very clear I do not look at my pups as a commodity as Liza states I do, I do NOT have 4-5 puppies( I am not quite sure where she came up with that), I treat my dogs like they are my kids. I love them very dearly and I treat all living animals with much respect. I do not over breed, she knows nothing about my taxes, these are very much all Lies created by Liza Nakooka. I wanted to thank my past customer who found this report and took time to let me know, they couldn't believe it and said I should contact the company and definitely respond to this report that tried to slander my name. Thank You Bobby+ Kristie.
