Approximately 3 years ago, my wife joined Jenny Craig. Upon initial receipt of Jenny Craig product, my wife found the product upset her stomach. She phoned to cancel the program, offering to return the balance of the product. The Jenny Craig associated advised returning the balance of product was not necessary.

I handle the bank balance for our household and have seldom found the necessity to question my wife's expenditures. On June 7, 2016, I noted a charge against our bank account from Jenny Craig for $29.99. I phoned and asked my wife if she had re-joined Jenny Craig. She advised she had ordered nothing from Jenny Craig for years. I then checked my bank account history and found this was in fact a re-occurring charge. My wife phoned Jenny Craig and spoke with an associate, Mrs. Tabitha Cammock. Tabitha advised she "could see where the account had be enough cancelled years ago". Tabitha made arrangements to refund the June 2016 payment.

Not satisfied, I engaged an associate name Alexis, explained the situation and was advised she could only refund one additional payment. I then asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was informed the supervisor would phone me within 24-28 hours.

On June 8th, I was contacted by phone from Tabatha Cammock. She then advised, there was no cancellation on the account prior to June 7th, 2016. Tabitha then offered to refund an additional 2 months, ~$60.00. I advised her this also was unsatisfactory. She next asked what amount I thought would be satisfactory. I replied the entire unused amount, as they had provided no product and incurred absolutely expense for this account. After discussion, I offered to settle for half the amount of our total payments. Tabitha stated this was impossible. 

I then advised I would be filing reports with the Better Business Bureau and any "ripoff" sites I could locate.

At this point, I cannot deny or confirm Jenny Craig has refunded the promised 4 payments. I assume they will refund those amounts.

All transactions were with the use of my bank debit card.
