Jeremiah Lopez is a con man and complete fraud!
He is currently under investigation for taking money as a deposit for landscaping and then disappearing. I found an article online and found out he is out on probation currently for doing just that.
He gives you a detailed receipt with a warranty and tells you when he will start the project. When he doesn't show up. He promises that he will return the money but never does. When his victims contact the police they are told that it's a civil matter and to file a small claims report. This is not the situation with this man, he has done this over and over again. He takes money without ever intending to do the work.
If you fall victim to Jeremiah Lopez please contact the location that cashed your check and get him flagged. Also contact Officer McLean from Parker PD she is collecting evidence.
As of today 6/1/17 he should no longer be permitted to cash checks at Money Tree. They have flagged his account statewide.
