J&F Auto Body Shop FELIX owner He is a scam artist, lier and con-man phoenix Arizona

 On June 17th I was in a car accident, I had allstate tow my truck to Felix June 26, 2016. He told me he could fix it for 1500.00 because my truck needed the whole front end repaired. Told me he would need a deposit to get started, I didn't have 1500 to just give him but I scrapped up 500.00 in cash. I gave him the 500.00 deposit he wrote me a receipt, told me he would start on my truck right away.

Two weeks passed my truck still sitting out untouched. This is when he told me I had to purchase all the parts for the front end. Since a friend referred me to him I thought everything was going to be okay but I was wrong!!! He printed out photocopies of my truck parts and circled the parts I had to purchase, I agreed to buy the parts so I went to Autofit where they have almost every part for a vehicle you can think of. I purchased : The hood, fenders, bumper and bumper cover, fog lights, head lights, right and left henges for the hood ect. Grand total of 922.00 in parts I gave to him.

It's July 26 , 2016 I go to the body shop still nothing has been done, had ny daughters father with me who had to threaten him to get started on my truck. It's been a while month now, two days later I return to the shop he pulled the truck inside the gate, he had only removed the old hood and fenders. Really now I am totally pissed off!! And ge is telling me he need to try to get the frame off the truck, this is a big job. I told him you said you could do it know you can't? He reassured me he could do the job and give it a new paint job when he is finished. I am so fustrated but once again I say okay and leave. July 29th Felix tells me he can't remove the frame from the truck. He said, one of my workers suggest we cut the frame and weld another piece to it. Felix says to me via phone I don't think that's a good idea it could come undone and be dangerous. Then ge tells me that he has a friend on 19th Ave who has the right machine to pull the frame off my truck. All words he is doing nothing so on 30th I texted Felix that I was coming to the shop with the police because now your telling me you can't do the job and you don't have my 500.00 deposit to give back to me. This scam artist told me he has to pay his rent for the shop first. And I gave to wait two weeks which now puts us in August. I want all the parts I bought and my money today. He texted ne back to come and move my truck today. What!! I told him August 01, 2016 I am on my way up there get all my parts and money ready. I get therevhe has an accuse once again not to give my deposit back and my parts are some where in the back of the shop. Looking at me like go get them, told him I am not getting my truck towed no where until you give me my money back. He said okay your going to have to wait. No money no parts so Wednesday August 8th me and my boyfriend go to the shop, he helps felix move the parts to his car because now I have to try to get my money back for all these parts I bought.

Long story short got to Autofit they told me no refunds after two weeks. Now me and my man both pissed because he knew that before we left. So we leave empty handed with 922.45 in parts to go back to the shop to see what Felix has to say or what is ge going to do about this situation. Nothing! I want my 500 plus the money I paid for parts I can't do nothing with now!!! My boyfriend is now telling him he either fixes the truck or find someone who can, since he doesn't have my money and we have all the d**n parts we can't do nothing with. Felix once again says he knows someone who can help and he can call him. We like call him right now...crickets.....he then says I will call him tomorrow and then call you (me) to let me know what this guy can do. Yesterday I waited for a call nothing, I called Felix and his phone went straight to voice mail. Left a message for him to call me to let me know whats going on. So today I have not called or been to the shop because at this point I want all my money back for the parts and deposit. Then I will tow my un-fixed truck from his shop!
