Me and my partner Claudia basically Claudia contacted this man JOHN GIBSON and his company ACTION HANDYMAN SERVICES INC.

To be sub contracted, well we got the contracts from JOHN GIBSON With the agreement of 50 % of the value of the project which any other company pay up to 80 % he got a deal, well everything was going well until he started not giving paper work I complaint to Claudia but he always manage to convince her he will give paper work later. well always missing information. We need the job need to keep going kept working.

He got this job of remodeling a house in St Pete 5.000 dollars for us for all the work that will be perform we got some paper work. We begin the project I demolish an extra room that was build in the front porch of the house that will pay....................... $ 450,00
We remove an old furnace and install paneling ... $ 42, 50 Install ceiling tiles..$ 42, 50

Install 13 windows .OK the windows he provide whit at
Owner request were wrong the need customized windows
Now the job becomes bigger we will get $ 90 USD more per window.

Mean wile I took all the old outlets and switches....$ 66, 25
The rest was not in the invoice He ask to help until he get the new Upgraded paperwork we took out old A.C wall unit ...25, 00

So far so good costume windows not in he pull us out meanwhile We went to Tampa to remodel a bathroom that will pay $1.750 USD

A nightmare job re-frame floor, install drywall, plywood, Dura rock We tile the walls, the floor install bath hardware well we build that bathroom
At home owner request Greek bath Type conflict began.
The contractor did not want that, he forget hi do not live there. Big deal

They did not want to pay for that nice job. I forgot this is America NOT Greece

Framing and conditioning new structure $90.00 USD Each plus 50 00 USD regular window installation. Nine 9 fully re frame install vinyl costumes windows........
Remove 9 windows $ 25.00 US.....$225.00

Remove Old rotten wood, replace, and re size 9 windows $ 90.00 USD e /a ............ $ 810.00
Install 9 windows $25.00 USD e/a ....$225.00
Work performed at Sierra Marine supply 2 days $ 120.00 e/a ................................$240.00

This last fee is own do to a good faith from Claudia since she accepted to work daily
Not me .Think if you pay as sub I do most possible to get the job quicker For $120 a day anyone will take my time getting more money out your pocket
As a bossiness owner you need to understand your responsibilities
