On July 2nd I ordered an Ipad from this company called Jia Teng International through their website www.share-bar.com,, I was speaking to someone who sounded legitimate via an online chat, she gave me several options to send them $249.00 for the Ipad, i chose western union (mtcn # 4493231562), they picked up the money under the name of DongChao Yang, I have been emailing them asking where my product is and they respond with different excuses every time as to why they can't send the product, they are refusing to send me my money back or the product, I would like to know how I can go about getting my money back or shutting that website down, I have their bank information if they should help any...doens't western union get their address when they collect their money???
Please help me get my money back
