Jill was a trusted friend and associate. She still lives in my previous apartment in Austin, TX.
Out of the kindness of my heart, I allowed her to move in without having the entire deposit for the apartment. She asked to keep my Sony Bravia flat screen TV and promised to pay for it within three months.
She made excuses, avoided my calls and ultimately decided to keep my television after only paying $150 of $450.
After a year I blocked her from my facebook and Skype, when I realized she wasn't really that broke and genuinely meant to take my belongings without paying for them.
Jill, I'm happy to remove this posting when I receive final payment of $300 for the television. Everyone else, I recommend avoiding financial dealings with Jill Sikes. I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

This matter has been settled.
