Jimco Roofing aka James at Jimco 2 yr &6 follow up repairs and it STILL LEAKS Mansfield Texas

 Was very clear in insisting deck roof be replaced first as I had done research and got professionals opinions on best way to keep the area where home roof and deck roof come together to prevent leaking. Though I was assured all my stipulations would be honored, none were done according to agreement. I had to physically get on roof and stop men from putting barrier over rotten wood until company rep, James, could advise nonenglish speaking workers to replace rotten wood.

Poor workmanship in important areas such as where interior leak was initially found, cricket and flashing poorly installed, all but one piece for metal roof for deck cut too short and 6 follow up visits to fix leaking and two years later it still leaks. James promised much delivered little and no showed several times after work completed and new leaks found. Interviewed 8 companies and only went with Jimco because my State Farm adjuster recommended them.
