This guy JO WINE AKA Joesf Winefeld purports to have an intellectual property and licensing company SEPP Licensing (used to own the smurfs) he says he has a deal with Qatar and Dalian Wanda in China to develop theme parks based on his IP which you can see here - www.jwip.space
The con is two fold
1- he needs professionals who he can present as "part" of this project or attached to the project such as marketers or licensing professionals to entice "investors". He uses their credentials to persuade "investors" that the investment is credible, is professional and can be realised.
2. He offers "professionals" an employment contract that he has no intention or funding in place to honour. If you sign the contract or not he has your CV and pitch materials that he will use to trap new investment. To entice you to join his company he will offer you shares in the holding company. This holding company is not active and is based in Aruba. The company name in Aruba is Jebeema.
His friend and lawyer - Till Kolle - tillkolle@icloud.com will do the contract negotiations which adds to the "legit" feel to whats going on.
I have since heard a lot of "investors" around Germany, USA have been left out of pocktet as Mr Wines phone and skype calls go unanswered

Tried to update this post and or edit.
Having spoken to Mr Kolle it would appear he is as much if mot more of a victim of the fraud as myself. He has informed me that he acted in the best interest with the knowledge he has at the time. His reputation should not be damaged by the actions of WINE AKA Winefeld.
In place of an edit which it appears not possible to do this is as near as possible to correct any potential issues for Mr Kolle, I have accepted that he ceased being involved with WINE in November 2015 and is also substantiallly out of pocket and has his own reputation being unfairly questioned.
