I had the displeasure of dealing with this woman and she is a very "nasty woman."
Contrary to popular belief, being a nasty woman is only a valuable asset if you are a politician. Otherwise, you alienate potential clients and anyone else who might consider dealing with you.
Jody needs to learn when to keep her mouth shut and keep her disparaging comments to herself.
