Joe Garcia Construction JG Pavers, Power Pavers, Gil Garcia - Avoid this company at all costs! Company does not have money to pay its workers and homeowners are left to pay suppliers Orange, California

This company owes me money for 3 jobs already.  They do not answer the phone.  I talked to other subcontractor who have done work for Joe Garcia Construction and I am shocked at how many have been cheated out of money.  They also told me projects are going unfinished and homeowners have to pay money out of their pockets to all the suppliers who threaten to put liens on their homes because Joe Garcia Construction checks have bounced all over town.    So do not do business with Joe Garcia or especially his relative Gil Garcia, who is really the bad guy in the company.  I heard they are now having a hard time finding people to do work for them because word on the street has spread that this company is one big fraud.  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
