On 12/29/2017 @ 1 pm CST Joe Radwich from Isurus Market Research & Consulting and myself had a 38 minute conversation where he asked me questions about the Healthcare industry as it pertains to Senior living. Evidently Joe Radwich of Isurus was conducting a research study and extracted information out of me for 38 minutes as my call records show. I was promised a $200 incentive, but never received it. Due to over 30 days having passed and my emails and phone calls being ignored I feel like I have been cheated and find it necessary to post the content of our call online. I completed 38 out of 45 minutes and answered all of his questions. Joe Radwich never once complained and received a benefit from the call which was my time, participation, and information. My name is Greg Page and I never was paid for the interview tied to my conversation with Joe Radwich. The call came from his # 781-328-4954 and his email is joe.radwich@isurusmrc.com

Mr. Page Appears to be Non-Truthful

Isurus is not a ripoff. They are a legitimate market research company. They are a client of ours, K & B National Research and we are the company that recruited Mr. Page to participate in a research study. If he has a problem it should be with K & B not our client.
Mr. Page represented himself as an employee in the specific field we were looking for. The research was to be a 60 minute interview and participants would be paid $200 for their time. Unfortunately, the interview had to be cut short by the professional moderator because Mr. Page seemed to know nothing of the topic being discussed and it was determined he was not truthful in his answers to our screening questionnaire.
We feel Mr. Page knew he was caught in a web of fibs because called our office several times harrasing our employees. The owner of K & B spoke with him and Mr. Pages credentials were requested to make a final determination of his proper employment. Mr. Page could not produce any legitimate documentation that he worked in the industry and the company he said he worked for doesnt exist. We also found a Linkedin profile that was created just a day before and had almost no connections and no endorsements.
We have found multiple records in our database that appear to be from Mr. Page under different names, phone numbers and emails. All of which has been deleted and he is on our never use again list. We have notified other market research companies of his nefarious actions as well.
We will never use Mr. Page again in any market research studies.
