Call and ask ANY ex Bouari franchise - currently Soza franchises and ask what they think of Joe Ruiz.
He is the most hated despised person.
This guy basically took advantage of Ms. Chaney whi was highly medicated and emotionally disturbed, and crashed the Bouari franchise.
This idiot tried from day one along with his buddy Michael Besson to divide the two owners.
Michael Besson is a complete failure and con.
Ruiz got chaney to hire shauna Brennan the worst attorney in the world and then Rich Boyer as the accountant a convicted for fraud felon.
Ruiz is absolutely stupid and dresses like a fat slob-jeans and T-shirt.
He jumps from one job to another - because he keeps getting fired.
He will keep making promises "I've got this person and that person" NOTHING pans out with this loser.
