Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On 4/10/21012 I ordered 294.00 worth of pet meds from this merchant. The site indicated that normal shipping times are 4-10 days. Now, 15 days later, I have yet to receive any product. They have no phone number or address on the internet so direct contact by other than e-mail is impossible. They have not responded to several e-mails asking for information. I ordered by debit card (WRONG MOVE). If you insist on using this merchant use PayPal. At least you have a chance of getting your money back when they stiff you.

I too bought meds from this place about May 9, 2014. To date, I have not received anything. I tried to call but no number for them.
I messaged them on facebook but still no response. I am sooooooo angry with this place. I bought $163.00 dollars from them!!! Only to find out they are nothing but a scam!!!

I have used Joes for over 5 years and have never had an issue. I still continue to use Joes. Their customer service is excellent and they always answer my questions.
