My wife and I joined John Beck July 2005. Just like others we were fooled into paying $4,280.00 for this program. We were made promises by (Jeff) that we would get a return on our investment. He referred us to our coach (Corey) and we were promised 10 to 12 sessions and we did not complete all of them because he end up quiting on us. We promised that this was not a scam and that we were making a good investment with our money. We had just got married and was trying to invest into our future.

Our coach had tried his very best to retreive our credit card information but we sent him a money order instead.

We have tried to call them back to get a refund on our money but we haven't gotten any calls back.

We need to know how we can get on the ball with a lawsuit because we don't want this to happen to other innocent people.

Please advise!!

In response to Reid

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 06, 2006

Reid,

Unfortunately in Ron's case, he has already sent payment in full to this fraudulent group in the form of a money order, so there is no charge to dispute.
Not that it would matter much anyway, I've been informed by MBNA that since John Beck's degenerates do provide a service, that the burden of proof is on the customer to show the services that were promised were not the same as what was received.
However, I do see that you were sucessful in getting your refund. Any specifics on what type of evidence to provide to Credit Card companies? Especially MBNA.

#13 Consumer Suggestion

Contact the Attorney General's Office

AUTHOR: Michelle - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 01, 2006

Ron,
I am sorry for your misfortune. Although I have not been a victim of the John Beck Scam I was scammed by a company and lost a lot of money so I know exactly how you feel. One consumer suggested you file a complaint with the BBB and I agree you should do this however my experience with the BBB tells me that they aren't going to do much. Dont forget the company (in this case John Beck) pays the BBB for their membership so it is questionable how much they will do for the consumer. For me, they did absolutely nothing.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in the State where the company was based. It actually made a difference b/c in my case they received enough complaints and the State filed a lawsuit against the company seeking restitution for all consumers named in the lawsuit. So, my suggestion to you is to contact the Attorney General's Office/Office of Consumer Affairs in the State where John Beck's company is located. If everyone who has been scammed by this company does this then the Attorney General's office will definitely investigate and hopefully will find cause for a lawsuit.

Best of luck to you!

I Have Not Gone Away!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 29, 2006

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

I apologize for not being able to respond in a timely manner. Ron, contact your credit card company's dispute department and place John Beck's fraudulent Free and Clear program in dispute.

There is absolutely no doubt that he can pull out a victory in the dispute because he is totally unable to substantiate the charge(s). John Beck like the many other inbreeds peddling "wealth building" programs are nothing but scam artists and it's not just a matter of my opinion.

Any and all employees of John Beck are trailor trash inbreeds that suck weenie for money. I will post rebuttals to help you along the way when time permits.

Until then take care cause I care Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

John beck and his Morman scum

AUTHOR: Chip - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 14, 2006

Please contact the better business dept in Utah. They are building a case against Beck and need people who are willing to go to court. I have lost all respect for the morman religion John Beck and his mentoring monkeys rip off people by day and go to church on sunday to pray. There will be a special place in Hell for all of them. Your journey will be long and hard. When one of his reps call, they are rude, and condensending. Ive come very close to hireing a mafia thug to blow up the d**n place. Dont you just love the response you got from the Beck camp? They would have you believe that it is your fault that they scammed you. Try every legal means 1st, if that doesnt get it.....try illeagle means. Ive contacted the fbi, cia, bbb, police, etc. He tried to take me for 10,000 bucks. For a 100.00 bucks plus a planeticket, Im sure you can find someone to "pay them a visit" It sickens me that hes taking people for thousands of dollars every day. Its just a matter of time before someone pushes back. This is not just a morman town, but practicly all morman run scam. Tell your local morman church about it, and say your gonna tell everyone to turn against them. Contact your local paper. Contact the station that runs his crap on tv. I encourage a morman revolt. John Beck has made me hate all Mormans. They need to get back to God...so lets help them on their way.In closing, dont beat yourself up over this....its not really your fault, dont let them make you think that it is.Record all conversations with them.Document everything. lets bring this band of morman assholes to justice.BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. Reid is a big help. You will hear from him. Am I bitter? d**n straight I am. Revenge is sweet. Anyone for a road trip to utah???? Chip

masters degree in business?

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 14, 2006

Hi
I am confused to say the least

Not trying to downplay your pain regarding John Beck and his scam organization but.......

You have declared here for the record that you not only have an undergraduate degree, not only that but a MASTER degree.

To top all that off - both your university recognized accredation is in BUSINESS???????

what is going on?

You mean to indicate that someone who has a masters degree in business is gonna fall for an entry level 'real estate scam' such as this , hawked as a 'mentorship' for an outrageous fee?

Everything you learned in university did not let you see thru this petty uneducated scam?

I find that VERY hard to believe.........

To Ron in Raleigh Here's A Suggestion

AUTHOR: Annie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 13, 2006

How about working hard for what you earn instead of trying to buy it? All these "get rich quick" schemes you see on infomercials or the Internet do just that -- they make the seller of these programs rich.

Opportunity knocks on no ones door -- go out and seek it and not through slick, smary ads like the John Beck program.

On the other hand, if you really don't want to work for a living and just want to rake in the bucks, do what these people do -- run an ad that promises riches beyond a person's wildest dreams and then when people contact you, simply advise them on how to run ads that promise riches to people beyond their wildest dreams...It's simple..if you can sleep at night...

#1 UPDATE Employee

The barriers to success are often found in the 4" between the ears

AUTHOR: Lincoln - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 18, 2006

Many people want to succeed in life. They can see the way the "other half" lives and decide that they would like to live like that. So they begin looking around for a program or technique they can invest buy to help them get there.

For me it was a 4 year University degree followed up by a 2 years Masters of Business Administration degree which I pursued hoping that this education would earn me a lot of money. What I found was that the degree by itself did not earn me a paycheck.

It was up to me to use the degree as a tool whereby I could earn a paycheck. I had to change my thinking and my attitude before I was able to begin making money from the education I had taken. I needed to change my belief in myself. I needed to begin thinking bigger. I needed to begin thinking of ways I could apply what I had learned to the real world.

In this case, the student is blaming their failure with the program on a single coach who quit before they finished all their sessions. This is a valid concern--it is always hard to finish your coursework with a different teacher. But guess what, this sort of thing happens all over the country in all sorts of educational companies. The training is no less valid or no less valuable just because it is being taught by another person.

In fact, our company understood the situation then and offered several options to help this person through this change including additional support and help. The person has yet to take us up on this offer.

If you are trying to invest in your future, then may I suggest you invest in your thinking processes. As a nation we too often try to assign the blame for our own lack of success onto others. We are not very good at doing self analysis and taking personal responsibility for our choices and our actions. Learning how to do this will be very beneficial to your and your wife's future.

Too many people talk a great game and then expect the world to give them something. We all need to be better at walking the talk. Like my mother always said, you can't change others, you can only change yourself.

Please go visit to see examples of other people who have overcome their fear, kept their appointments and implemented the program to make themselves plenty of money.
