 Brought in a General Pump TS2021from a landa 5-3500 pgcw washer  to be rebuilt. I had just purchased this machine it was preowned and working fine but I wanted to be proactive and have it gone thru as I had taken down the skid so that I could clean and repaint it. john henry is a local establishment so I wanted to throw some work there way and keep the money local my mistake.    (there are 4 different rebuild kits for this pump each one is more advanced) they wanted me to purchase the least expensive one and charge 1 hr labor to install it but I said I do not know what is worn on this pump so lets take it down inspect all the parts and then call me with your recommendations on what to change since u are the experts. Seemed fair on my part.

I then proceeded to pay for the 1hr labor and they took the pump. The next day I get a call that they have busted it down done the inspection and I needed parts totaling 213.00 dollars. I said that will make it perform correctly so lets do it. about 4 hours later I call them up and the mechanic procedes to tell me that my casing that he had just inspected and took apart earlier was a piece of junk and that I had two cross threaded bolts and that they had broken one of them off trying to torque it to 10 ft lbs. Know I am a dummy but I do not think that you can break a 5/16 bolt trying to torque it to 10 ft lbs.they said theat this did not happen til they tried to put the final assembly of the pump. I said well since you broke it then take out all of the new parts and reassemble the pump back how it was leaving out the 2 bad bolts.

I then proceed to go to there location to get my pump that they broke and low and behold they hand me a box with an unassembled pump and all parts just laying in the box. I ask how much would it be to buy a new pump they proceed to tell me 750 dollars but less for some people I say so what can u sell to me for and that I can buy it online for 450 including shipping. Well you get 750. I say I realize you need to make money I would pay 500 you did break my pump. You would think that they would try to help out a little. No they are horrible. SO THEN I SAY WILL U AT LEAST REFUND THE LABOR AS YOU GAVE ME A BOX OF PARTS BACK THEY GAVE ME BACK HALF. THEY ARE THE WORSYT AND I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ALL THEY HAVE IS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED EVEN THE CHEMICALS CAN BE FOUND FOR HALF WHAT THEY CHARGE. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AS THEY ARE INCOMPETANT. I FOUND MY PUMP ONLINE FOR 390 INCLUDING SHIPPING. DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
