John quigley Quigley marketing Stolen contracts, mislead home owners, defamation of character, potential harvesting of employees, beware of this man!!! Aurora Colorado

 Mr. John Quigley, was an independent sales contractor for mine and my wife's company. He turned in contracts to get paid and then after his termination stole those customers by fraudulently mis leading them by using our company name. Even thou mr. Quigley choose colors for customers with out verifying with not only the home owner but the Hoa as we'll. he promises not only to pay for the deductible but he signs off as paid by john Quigley . Leaving most home owners vulnerable to insurance repercussions but also leaving the contractor holding the buck and explaining to the home owner that what he has done is illegal under Colorado senate bill passed by governor Hickenlooper. Contracts were not only disappearing but also faults and fraudulent work was getting done to these homeowners houses.

Among all of the chaos, Mr. Quigley decided to try and harvest or steal contracted sales men from our company. Sending them misleading text messages stating that I have not paid not only my suppliers but my contractors and other independently contracted workers as we'll. of coarse non of it being true I opened my books to all contractors and concerned customers as well. Beware of this mans unlawful and misleading sales tactics, he will over promise and under deliver every time. He always says he is man of his word, believe me he is far from it and does not need to be in this sensitive natured industry that requires constant education. Something this man does not have the capability of... On top of all of this he decided to check himself into a mental health hospital telling customers of his health issues but also flipping out on people that lived in the communities we were working in. Beware of this man he will leave you in the same position he left numerous customers in and disappeared on them.
