All I can, Lisa, John or whoever you pretend to be is just prove all of your lies in court.  The both of you worry too much about what everyone else and what they are doing rather than just worry about yourselves.  

For anyone out there that is considering hiring Mr. Temrowski, please make your own choice.  Anyone knows that you can't believe everything you see on the internet.  But I am more than happy to offer at least a dozen references to this man's LACK of character.  This website will not allow me to leave my phone number, or at least I don't think so, but you are free to call me and I will provide you with any and all references that you need.  All I can say, is that Mr. Temrowski, needs to move on to the next state, and be a little more choosy about picks his clients.  This Lisa Huddleston is a nut, and I think website and her comments prove such.

Any man that goes into a courtroom and files a motion that a boy's father urinated in public in front of his 12 year old son as grounds of losing his custody definitely needs to go back to law school.  Get a life, John.   I'm sure your mother would be very proud of you right now. 

Let me state that I am in NO WAY concerned about Mr. Huddleston NOT knowing that he was being sued in court and thats what it comes down to.  I believe his ex-wife when she states that Kim Huddleston couldn't write a letter like this if her life depended on it.  Punctuation and grammar are clearly not her strong suit.  The most comical part of all of this is if you read in prior reports that this bonehead has written he claims that there is NO WAY a  def/slander case would ever even make it to court much less a judgement be ordered. 

     This off balance wife of his  calls up Kirks ex-wife at 4:30 a.m to whine and cry like a baby on the phone how they have no 'money' yet mangage to hire an attorney for court.  In other words the guy could care less that he's taken no active part in his sons life emotionally, physically or financially yet manages to find $ to hire a lawyer. He puts himself in the situations he lands in and Kim Huddleston stands off to the side enabling the situation like an ostrich with her head in the sand.

    It was confirmed to me this morning that Lisa Huddleston spoke with her sons paternal grandmother and not only did this lady have nothing to do with giving money to hire a lawyer but she has had nothing to do with these 2 dummies  since November as well.  I can't say I blame them. Kim Huddleston has to keep carrying on and on about $300 then $400 then $500 and today I understand it was $600 worth of Christmas gifts for a little boy that they didn't even bother to pick up for visitation.  The child confirmed to his mother to take the gifts and give them to charity yet they both seem to have emotional ties to them.  So they take bonds belonging to a kid from his grandparents for college one minute yet find it necessary to lie about how they came up with the money for a lawyer. Must be those late night hours working "wink, wink".

    Only a spineless, low self- esteem sad desperate person would go along with a story that she's  recently had  a child.  Kirk Huddleston doesn't take care of the one he has so why on earth produce more?  Hopefully Mr. Huddleston will at least show up in court this time no matter what the outcome is, however I can't say I'm too worried aobut it from the prior 'rebuttal' that was just written shows that they knew about the lawsuit, this gives ignorant and stupid  a new meaning. Though his ex-wifes comments on the Walled Lake School Bus Driver sight are for more witty than anything I've said, one thing she stated was true for sure. "These 2 don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of" yet they seem to be so concerned about bashing everyone else.  Kirks days of using his parents as  a cash cow seem to have come to an end so lying about where they get money would be their only option.

    The rest of this will be handled in court Mr. Huddleston, get ready to explain the return of your letters, having your wife call me claiming you walked out on her in Dec. ( We all got a kick out of that) and faking your own death.  Not to mention the false insurance claim that was made, but I understand thats a pattern of yours.  Full of excuses, full of lies and as usual full of Bull !!!!!!

What an imagination, Lisa.  I tried to find something to respond to but I couldn't find an ounce of truth in anything you said so I give in.  

All I know, is that it is a shame that 70+ year old people have to file a restraining order against you because you can't abide by the Macomb County FOC order to LEAVE THEM ALONE.  But you never abide court orders, so what else is new.  Get a life, lady.  You got two kids flunking out of school, you're posing as teenagers on Facebook, false police reports, empty allegations, contacting peoples places of work, spouses, ex-spouses, drug possession charges, fraud, crooked attorneys.  It's almost like you're talking about yourself.

When you spend half of your life chasing my personal circle of acquaintances, you're bound to find out a lot of stories.  Stories are like John Temrowski, even has one, similar to that of which you have hidden inside that big rump of yours.

I want to let everyone know the TRUTH as opposed to what was stated.  You can not LOSE something where you do not show up.  Mr. Temrowski has threatened my husband and my family for quite some time now.  Mr. Temrowski was awarded A DEFAULT JUDGMENT.  What this means, is that no one cared to bother to show up for this stupid and frivolous law suit.  

He tried for months, or so he claims, to serve my husband with  these ridiculous lawsuit papers.  Now the law does state that if you can not serve someone, then you have to provide substitute service.  Well this idiot, especially for an attorney, filed his lawsuit in MACOMB county, all the while claiming that my husband lives in OAKLAND county.  So I'm happy to report that the judgment has been set aside and Mr. Temrowski can continue to lead his dishonest and corrupt lifestyle.

I might also add, that there is a HUGE conflict of interest in this case to begin with as Mr. Temrowski's frivolous claim, stems from his CLIENT which is also my husbands CRAZY ex-wife LISA HUDDLESTON, who even Mr. Temrowski has admitted is in deep need of psychological help.  

Please sue me too, Mr. Temrowski.  I LIVE IN OAKLAND COUNTY.  MAKE SURE YOU GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME.  If you're going to sue someone, do it to their face, not like a lying little coward as you are.  It is not MY fault that you have made so many enemies.  

I assure anyone reading this rebuttal that every thing I am saying is TRUE, as I am willing to stand by.  My name has been attached.  I can also provide a list of people that can attest to this man's dishonest and deceitful character.

On  June 6th 2011 Mr. Kirk Huddleston lost his Def/Slander case in Macomb County Michigan.  Mr. Huddleston was sued by Utica Attorney John Temrowski ( The one and only) for Def/Slander.  The case # is 2010-005044-NZ.   The party was given $250,000.00 in damages b/c this guy or better referred to by the court as a callous Coward slandered a family business on the internet.  Can you say Karma????  I told his ex-wife Lisa Markowicz Huddleston that I was going to run this son of a b***h's a*s up a flag pole and thats exactly what happened.   
    Judge James Biernat Jr. was appauled at what was written on all of the examples that I brought in of Mr. Huddlestons work.  While he was so busy trying to slander my family name and businesses I kept my cool long enough to know that this idiot was to much of a p***y to show his face in the court room.  Not only was this guy running like a chicken when his wife filed for divorce in Feb of 2007 everytime I tried to serve him ,but he did it this time as well.   The guys on every dating sight known to man and or pervert and when she decides to get out of the marriage you'd think he'd be happy yet ran like a leopard to avoid being served ( must have been the tax return he lied about).   This time it was a little more difficult but well worthit.  
    I'm going to financially choke this guy like the chicken he is for what he wrote but no matter what its personal satisfaction just knowing he has to pay the $ to even file it in a Bankruptcy in 2016 LOL!
This would make 3 times this guy couldn't manage his affairs ( uhhhummm no pun intended) or his finances.  He lives off his wife who unfortunately has been nothing but a menace to the whole situation as well.  She called me in December and was crying to me how her husband walked out on her.  Though this didn't surprise his ex-wife at all to her it was simply 'typical' of the guy I actually almost dropped a tear for her sake and I don't even know why.  
    Lets not forget that he supposably was deceased according to his "mail" that came back to my office but I too soon found out No such luck.  You think this grown p***y would have learned by now that it just does you NO good whatsoever.  In January he lost visitation of his now young son for exactly this kind of behavior.  Like I've said many times before he simply has nothing better to do with his time and how happy can he be in his 'marriage' to spend so much time on me and others not named here.   All I can say is "Thanks Buddy"!!!!!!!!  I will be mailing this judgement out to people I am sure will appreciate it, businesses he's put an act on for and future victims I can see coming his way.

im not proud of it but i got a DUI charge.  this was my first one and i had never been in trouble.  he also charged me a $3,000 retainer and didnt show up for my court appearance.  i knew nothing about it since he said he was going to take care of it and i got 60 days in jail.  it was work release but still.  he lied to me and i got jail time and never had been in trouble in my life.

i am not asking for anyones sympathy.  i deserved to get in trouble and learned a very valuable lesson but who gets jail time for a first misdemeanor offense DUI????????????

john temrowski is a low life loser.

He received a personal reference from someone that admits to ties with the mafia and having used his services for six criminal charges over a period of 10 years.  You have to check out that ROR.  Too funny, if you are following any of this.

I am involved somewhat in politics in both local municipalities and Macomb County. This guy thought he was going to run for the office of Probate judge.  His campaign funds were illegally written off as a business expense but that's besides the point.

He made the fatal mistake of pissing off Mark Hackel.  Maybe 'pissing off' isn't he correct word but Hackel figured this guy out right away.  And if you don't have the backing of Hackel then you are finished.  So this character is stuck ripping off small time clients and BS'ing people.

And the stuff about the IRS investigating his relatives funeral home for identity theft is being heavily investigated as well.  The Temrowski name is going down.
