jojama.com post mugshots on their website WEebsite owner hidden in obscurity Internet

jojama.com posts arrest records on their website  Registry information for this webiste is completely hidden and they use a reverse proxy to operate , CLoudfare.

Although they offer contact info, support info and removal info email links none of them are valid email addresses  There is no contact onfo. 

About as far as I can get is that they are hosted by https://www.inmotionhosting.com/    

This site by its operation violates my state law.  I have reported them to my State Attorney General for follow up as I am unable to request removal because they provide no contact inforamtion.   They are liable for a $1,000 a day fine and a civil suit.

Upon information and belief I think I know who is operating the website, but am able to publicly reveal that as of yet.If I am correct that person already has been outed here for other sites he operates and has civil suits previosuly filed agaisnt him.He is also a convicted criminal  He recently shut down one and disappeared.  I came across an address which I believe ties him to that site.  Still checking.
