Jorge Camacho or George Camacho @ 818-455-5700  likes to advertise loan modification services in craigslist, backpage and other sites constantly. He claims to be a Countrywide and Bank of America expert and claims to only work these types of loans.

In his advertisements, you will see claims of getting modifications closed "in 5-21 days guaranteed". He claims that he's got a system set up and the right contacts to move this process along. He claims that he needs to get paid upfront so that he can pay his loan negotiator and processor.

After much due diligence, he invited me to meet up with his bank contact at Bank of America and his loan negotiator. Shortly thereafter after I got confirmation from him that he could complete the two HAMP modifications needed, he was paid $2,300.

After waiting 60 days without any HAMP modification, I requested my funds back. He claimed that he would transfer our files to a "HAMP specialist" Bessie Corona who would be able to get these finalized. He requested a few more days. Within a matter of a days, Corona claimed that one of the two HAMP mods had been approved. Needless to say, I was relieved to hear this.

It turned out to be a ploy to buy more time. After contacting both Corona and Camacho, neither one of the returned my calls, texts, or e-mails. Corona lied about the HAMP mod. Bank of America still has not even received any of the two applications!

Camacho assured me that he would refund my funds in two payment. Well, that deadline has come and gone and he still not calling me. After wasting 4 months with these scam artists, I am still trying to collect on my funds.

Stay away from Jorge Camacho, George Camacho, his brother Alex Camacho, Premier Modification Group, and their accomplice Bessie Corona.
