Case # 1353-1318- Joseph Gorga Enterprises has been placed for collections/litigation with my firm, Asset Collections Inc.located in Portland OR This is a debtor who has stolen my clients product and services. I have an open claim for over 89,000 dollars for Mechanical services provided. We have a judgment in place, and are currently proceeding with liens to Execute. I am now forming a creditors committee against this debtor. If this company(s) also owe "YOU" money, contact ACI-Asset Collection Inc. In Portland.
We also wanted to warn other vendors of this "Theft of Products" and failure to pay, so they do not get taken adavanage of as well.
If Mr Gorga pays this debt or settles the case, I will adjust this report accordingly, but to date, no money has been received, nor has the debtor even made an effort to resolve this judgment.
