OK. this guy has been around for a while and he is good. He claims he can get financing from 1k up to 15million. Then come the fees. I originally asked him about being a broker and then spent a few months trying to flush him out via emails when he told me he needed an upfront fee. back and forth we went. He would continue to send emails. I.e. hows it going, pretending friendship and sincerety. Then at one point he told me if i posted on craigslist for him he would get my loan without fees. Eventually I got tired of his game/emails/con plus i had brought another individual into his game. and really wanted to flush him out
so I finally sent the fee....guess what?? lol..jokes on me....
