We bought a sectional from JR Furniture in March 14th. Received the sectional in April or May of 2012, took 8-10 weeks for them to deliver. From that time we knew something was wrong with it just because it seemed cheaply made like it was already used and we were getting a refurbished sectional. One main thing I remember is that there are cup holders that are silver and I remember seeing a scratch in the cup holder showing black. I regret not complaining about this until now but I do remember this. Anyways this sectional we have had nothing but issues with. First the center seats backing broken when my 5 year old sat down on it. Then both of the pull cords broke on the love seat. Then the back of the recliner on the love seat broke. Then the foot rest on the recliner for the love seat broke as well. Then the part where you sit on the middle seat of the sectional broke again. Lastly the middle seat back broke once again. We have never been ruff on any of our furniture and this is the first time we have ever had this issue. We have called each time to get these things fixed. The first couple times it would take about a week to get a whole of someone to come fix this stuff. Then it took longer. One of the many times it took three months to get the piece to fix the loveseat.... The last two thing that broke was the back of the love seat recliner and the middle piece back broke. We told them at the same time. After taking a little over two months we finally got word back from the receptionist saying that they would have someone come replace the love seat. I asked about the middle seat as well and she said 'Oh we will have them come and look at it and attempt to fix it'. This is after I told them about the lemon law which I signed when I received this sectional couch. The people came to replace the love seat and look at the middle seat and said that they could not fix it and that they would replace it for us. Of course I called that day to talk to the receptionist and she said she would talk to her boss. I asked if I could talk to the boss but she refused.. made an excuse that he was out of the office and only comes in sometimes. I called back every other day until finally today she said she would not replace it because of the warranty is over. The warranty would not be over if they had returned or answer my call when I called the first time. I also reminded her of the lemon law which I had reminded her before. I also asked to talk to the boss once more which she went on the same excuse. However I had a co-worker call and see if she could talk to the boss and the receptionist promised to have the boss call back right away.
