My bill should be sent out on the 12th of the month and is due by the 26th. They normal post mark the envelope the 14th or 15th of the month. In the last 4 months I was billed for 2 late fee,s even though I received a card where chevron texaco signature received my payment on the 23rd 24th. I finally got these late charges reversed and was told they would not do this again. what a rip off. a class action suit is justified.

 Chevron /Texaco charged me four times with late fee,s. I began mailing my payments by certified mail with a return signature and date received.  My payment is due on the 26th of the month.  In the last 4 months I have been charged late fee even though I have the proof they receivd my payment on the 23rd & 24th of the month.  After a lengthy phone discussion the late fee was reversed on my next invoice but was told they wouldn,t do it again.

This truly a rip off and deserving of a class action law suit.
