J&S handyman James Keys nonpayment of employees lawton, Oklahoma

I've worked for J&S Handyman (James Keys) from January to March. I was promised 1000 a month plus extra on cash jobs. The third week of March I had not received all my pay so I question James Keys, who then informed me he intended to only paying me 700 a month when I told him that wasn't the agreement he said we were thru. I've only received 1700 of the 2750 he owes me. He also informed me he was only going to give 100 a week for the 3 weeks I worked in March so I filed a complaint thru the Oklahoma state labor commission. I am just one of the employees he has ripped off. I guy named Frank worked a month and was never paid and a man named Bear has worked on and off for a year and has only received 300 bucks. Those are the instances I'm aware of because of James Key boasting on getting over on people.
