This rip-off report was filed by a contractor that I hired to install a vinyl fence around an investment property that I recently acquired. I filed a report on him and i assume this was his retrobution. I am typically not the type of person that takes time out of his day to make negative comments about anyone, but I was bothered by the fact that I paid him more than I would have paid to have the fence professionally installed by a licensed and reputable company. Here are the facts;

1. I hired him to installl a fence and he did not compete the work. 2. He promised to return many times but never did. 3. He stated that the fence was set with cement. After the fence started leaning, I checked each post and no cement was used. 4. He was paid in full as promised and on time 5. I am not a realtor and have never represented myself as one. I only negotiate the acquisition and sale of my own properties, which I list with AIG Realy Services, LLC. 6. I live with my family in New York City and travel to Florida every other week to manage my real estate holdings.(hence the rental car). 7. Neither myself or my company have ever been party to any lawsuits or accused of any criminal or fraudulent acts

I am very upset about this posting and will be contacting this website to have it removed. It is quite obvious just by reading the report that the person who was responsible for writing it does not believe in producing anything of quality.
