Judge Carol Hanna Indiana County Courthouse Whats best for the Children.. What A Crock Indiana, Pennsylvania

Hello Pennsylvania, This goes out to all the families that have sat in the court room of one Judge Carol Hanna and have had attourney Carmella as opposing counsel.....Crystal,we feel you...It is now 6 years later and the Honorable(HA) Judge Hanna...Is still playing the part of Judge..Miserably. Im sure you are not suprised to hear that in our case....2 years into and $25,000....Thats right.....it has been nothing but continuance,continuance...while our grandbabies suffer Every person that has been involved with this case and see these proceedings ask us........What is the deal with Carmella and Hanna? It is outrageously apparent that ,what...they are related,spend Christmas,s together,GodMother of his Children...or the Thousands of dollars given in campaign contributions. One can only Ha,speculate...but everyone knows...There is something most definately fishy going on here.
In our case,we have a court ordered psycologist who took the stand and made recommendations,Hanna Ignored them. We have hundreds of pictures ,written expert testimony that cooberates that which is seen in the pictures...but all of that has been pushed to the back burner. We have family members who,for the good and best intrest of the children...willing and able to testify against their own flesh and blood..but never get time to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth while friends of the opposition sits boldly on the stand blatantly purjuring themselves,and what happens when our attourney and not Camella stands up and says...I object.....Forget it, Yet when Mr Carmella finally got shut down and ..only once...Honorable Judge Hanna appologized to him for doing so. We were treated rudlely,made to feel and look like fools. We were allowed to be bullied and badgered the entire proceeding and every objection made for our behalf.....ignored and all of this....WE DO FIND UNETHICAL
But...make no mistake. Come what may...we are commited to the fight and the pursuit.
We are watching these 2 young children deminish right before our very eyes. This allowed,for almost 2 years by a woman who helped create a child advocacy program in her county. We have been informed that Judge Hanna has had some personal bouts with her mental health and she is an adult...what does she think she is doing to these children who do not have the capacity to process all the fear and emotion they endure daily,weekly...for the last 2 years.
we have cotacted the local news channel,next hearing in 2 weeks....its gonna be a doosey. so stay tuned....and we have been gathering information ,begining at Attourney General , Kathleen Kanes office who has so graciously referred us to the Judicial Conduct board, The Ethical Commission,and The PA Bar
Association. You may be asked for some collaboration with regaurds to your cases. God bless and good luck. Remember....not all judges and not all attourney,s are in cohoots...but in our opinion...these 2 definately ARE
