Judge Charles Hoskin NOT in the best interest of the children!!!! Las Vegas Nevada

I had judge hoskin hear our custody case on July 24, 2012, he gave primary physical custody of our 4 children to a KNOWN drug user! We were both tested (hair and urine) for illegal substances 3 times and he failed two of them!!!! The last one we did, he came in the court with no hair, he had shaved it all off knowing he was going to fail again!!! I passed all 3 of my drug tests and he still got custody! Their "father" has not worked in 8 years, has no running vehicle, lives in his mother's home (she lives with her boyfriend), collects welfare and food stamps, gets medicaid too! How the hell did he get custody??? There is NO supervision in the home, there has been a fire in the kitchen, he passed out on the floor, he was on pills and drinking alcohol, my kids call me because they said he wouldn't wake up, CPS does NOTHING, the cops do NOTHING and this hoskin judge does NOTHING!!!! It's crazy! I have my own place, a reliable running vehicle, 2 jobs, and am not on any state assistance whatsoever (and don't want to be). I'm the one having to pay child support!!! They should have made him go through drug therapy and taken the kids away!!!! This has been going on for too long and I'm afraid something bad will happen if I don't fight this. I want my kids back, where they will have structure, love and the discipline they so need!
