Judge William Kent Violates the no-fault laws which requre him to order counsel fees, spousal and child support leaving stay at home mother w/o attorney or support while attorney/ POLITICIAN spouse leaves the family on Central Islip, New York

    ok first if i understand correctly you have several issues. Support, Custody and contempt of i'm not sure which one but one thing at a time. To respond to your complaint and don't take this personal i'm just giving my opinion as to the issues at hand from my understanding. 

    I can tell you know spousil support is enforced but you really should file for APL and a counter Affidavit under count "C" of th divorce code. You do not have to agree to a no fault divorce and you can object and sue for your rights which is why and where APL comes into play. This is a special support if you will that is strickly for the use of obtaining an Attorney for your divorce proceedings. I'm not sure what state your from but ifyou google search "divorce code for you state" You should them have an idea as to what section of law to read about. There are manuals at the law library and although they cannot give legal advice it's there duty to tell you which books your looking for. In PA the divoce code is section 3301 A,B,C, and D.

 Also google Alimony Pendente Lite (APL) it should tell you how t get the forms. From there it's self explanatory yu fill them out take them to divorce mater and have them filed so you get a hearing for that. Keep in mind this doesn't always win but you have a better chance at getting the apl ENFORCED THEN YOU WOULD  support. Of course this is stricktly my opinion again based on what i know.

    Either way I dont believe this judge was wrong in his decision not enforcing your support. Your not the only one and it sucks but that's unfortunalty the way it is. The reason I don't b elieve this judge made the wrong decision is this your trying to address custody in a support hearing. Doesn't work that way. Custody is totally seperate and there are forms available online to deal with custody/modification/contempt that is where you need to direct your concerns. As for the support that needs to go through an enforcement officer then possibly court but you can't make the other party pay the reason the court doesn't enforce civil cases like they do criminal is still a mysterey to me. But that's the way it is. Civil is not criminal therefore the enforcement standards are defferent. Perhap the court should be held to that standard with there fines and costs? How would the court feel if they got dicked for there money? Didn't you say other party had criminal charges. Only in America can a peice of s**t have to pay there fines but not there support.
