Jumbo truck & auto plaza in hollywood JUmbo truck auto plaza in fort pierce, deceive, lying and tryed to bait & switch very iresponsible people working there inc management 33023, Florida

On 9/23/2010 i called jumbo auto & truck plaza and spoke to Derek 1 of salesman, i told him about 3 trucks they had on web site, he told me they had them but let me check i will call u back never did. after 1 hour i called back they told me Derek was bussy spoke to another salesman. after 5 times calling back Derek told me to come down.  i told him i lived in kendall it was a long ride. i got there Derek was bussy another salesman came out. all the trucks that i was looking for were sold they tryed to sell me some junk trucks for twice the money.

I left after telling them they were a bunch of crooks, no reply from salesman not even a man to say something. next day i called the general manager Frank after exp he promest me that he would take care of me, never called

my next step was to call the main office in fort pierce i spoke with mike he told me he was the manager i explained again my problem thet i wanted to spend my money there and buy a truck.he told me he was giong to call Frank in hollywood & call me back. next day he called me and told me he could no get a hold of frank but in 1 hour he prommised to call me, today is 10/3/2010 still no call

bottom line is that there a bunch of iresponsible people, liyers and i would not buy a bycicle from them. what there doing is bait & switch. there no even man enough to call and explaine what happend. im olso calling the better bussines and reporting them,

the trucks and cars that they told me they sold are still in the web site, i had a frien call about them and they tryed the same thing.

DONT EVEN CALL them, there a bunch of crooks & lyers. all iwanted to do was buy a truck cash. thats bad bussines if u ask me.
