My wife & I rode this amusement ride on 3/28/07 and were VERY UNSATISFIED.
We couldn't make a complaint when we got off the ride due to the number of customers waiting in line. When we returned to our hotel room, we made several calls to the company..
With each call, we were told that the manager would return our call when he returned to the front.
Two days and severl calls later, he called us back and was VERY rude...calling us liars over the phone, telling us there was notihng we could do since we left the premises, and laughed at us as he hung up on us.
The company has other complaints for the very same thing filed against them.
This is supposed to be a scary ride so it's says a lot when even a small child gets off and says "That's all? Man that sucked".
