The Just-Brak tech's said he would drive it and slam the brakes to reset the antilock, but all he did was brake my radar connection to the cigarete lighter and blew the fuse (which they never told me). Soon I went back again, under different management.

They spent 3 hours trying to rebleed the brakes and the new manager/tech said he could not believe but no pressure was coming out the front bleeders and tracked it back to the Master Cyclinder (Front) bad. He could not beleive I spent all that money and they let my vehicle go with any front brakes/pressure.

And because he agreed they may have caused it to go bad by improper bleeding, pressure and pinch off technique, he replaced it, per corporate, for only materials. Soon After, I let my son use the car to go away to College. Being a new driver, he did not realize how grave the situation became.

He came home for Thanksgiving, and I tested the car and it had barely no brakes. The car had only 7,000 miles and 8 months since the $600 plus the $100 for the "master cyclinder". So I immediately took it to the closest Just Brakes # 602 store in Clearwater.

Paul, my son was down from Gainsville (where there is no Just Brakes) for Thanksgiving. So Friday at before 10:00 AM we pulled in and Shawn the manager said it needed a master cyclinder and everyone he tryed his mechanic could not get it to fit (would not place spacer on) and soon he said let me have it over night and by closing time SAT he said we put it in aand it still was not right.

He said the ABS light was staying on, but we found this false. Once again the brakes were spongy as he said, they did work better and straight, but similar to the last time (possible one side of the master cylinder still out.

And I know he knows that the pressure must be bypassing and not coming thru. But once again, different store, but similar result. Furthermore, I opened the hood and saw no wires hooked up to the master cyclinder and search for the plug. When I found it, they had forced and pulled out the 2 wires and stuffed waxed in.

I cleaned the crud off and plugged the wires in and that night my son said he had no directionals so I disconnected them and replaced the fuse. He does not have the low fluid indicator as we had when we drove in to Just Brakes.

I hold Just Brakes liable for our saftey. And I plead for a refund so I can repair the brakes properly (the first time), and then their liabilty will be released. Left my Phone # and email.
