JustBuyTickets.com has been running a successful customer-oriented ecommerce site for over three years. Since Greg's purchase in December of 2008, JustBuyTickets.com has had over 40,000 ticket transactions without one negative publication.

As the CEO of JusBuyTickets.com, I became aware of this issue today when one of my past customers alerted me to this posting. When Greg purchased tickets from JustBuyTickets.com he was required to manually click that he had read, was aware, and accepted the policies on the site, which are located here http://justbuytickets.com/policies.php. You cannot purchase any tickets from our site without manually clicking that you have read and accepted the terms of your purchase. These policies explain that All Sales are Final as tickets are a one of a kind item that cannot be duplicated.

As to the issue with the service fees, they are applied per ticket to every transaction off JustBuyTickets.com. These service fees are standard in the ticket selling industry and are found on many other sites including: Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Stubhub, RazorGator, Ticketsnow, etc. Greg was made aware of these fees before he entered his credit card number. The total dollar amount was clearly visible and itemized for the purchaser prior to his being charged, at which point he agreed to pay this amount by confirming the order in our check out.
