Justin Bowers Neosho MO continues operating a fraudulent roofing operation with the sole intent of stealing money from local Neosho residents, homeowners, local businesses and roofing suppliers. Justin Bowers has stolen over $50,000 cash to date, and still advertises on Facebook looking for his next victim. Bowers has ZERO qualifications, experience or professional licensing, which is why he doesn’t return after collecting the first check. Bowers Roofing collects victims money to support his gambling habit, addictions and entertainment at Riverbend Casino in Wyandotte OK. Bowers last resided at 815 Melody Ln, Neosho, MO 64850. Please do not hire Justin Bowers of Bowers Roofing and Contracting, I hired Justin Bowers in March 2017 to repair the ramps on my home, finish closing off my front porch and to fix a leak I had on my roof. Justin told me he would need half up front and the rest when completion of his work was done. I gave him $1400.00 and he has made no attempt to do the job. In June 2017 I ask for my money back and I have not heard anything as of today 9-19-2017. I need my money back so I can hire someone trustworthy to fix my ramps.

We needed our roof replaced after the hail storm here last year. We have insurance, and they paid, however we didn't have the money to lose. We needed a roof! Justin Bowers came to the houe, looked around, assured us that he could fix it, replacing what needed done, and do it for the money that we were paid. We signed a contract and gave him our original check of $3,400.00. He assured us that we would have it completed within 3 weeks. We never saw or heard from Justin again. He completely scammed us, and now our roof leaks. We can't do anything because we learned that not only is he a thief, he's a broke thief. Thank you Justin Bowers and your Roofing company. I hope it was worth it. You are a scumbag
