Got into an accident (no fault hit and run) on dec 12th 2017, needed a body shop/mechanic to repair my car after searching on the web came up with Kale's Collision Center in Mesa which caught my attention for good reviews plus they offered on their website a Free Loaner Car, Waived your deductable and a 10% rebate of the total cost of repair. Long story short, dropped the car off on Dec 12 2017, no loaner car was given, they said it was such an "easy" repair and not enough money would be made to justify giving me a loaner car, (so I had to rent a car out of pocket from enterprise at a rate of $30 a day) due to insurance company and body shop excuses took over 75 days for the "repair". I was told for weeks my car couldnt be released until my insurance company gave the body shop the full payment so after my insurance company released funds (they thought the repairs were completed, come to find out the body shop faked the repair photos to get check released) I went to pick up the car but was told it was still in pieces and was not ready to be picked up, was apologized to by the asst manager and was ensured everything would be back together tomorrow and to come back at 1pm to pick up the car. Next day I go to pick up the car at 5pm, external view looks ok. went inside was told they deducted my deductable from the final amount of the "rebate check" so for a $5700+ repair i got a check for $122. Now I got in my car started it up and less than a mile down the road my Engine Malfunction Light comes on, my steering is completely off, my radiator that they replaced failed (all fluid came out) and the car was not driveable. I pulled over to a circle k and called the shop, kenny their assistant manager told me he personally test drove the car and it was fine, and that they (shop) wasnt responsible for the damage, I had the vechicle towed to North Scottsdale BMW dealership for a second opinion. (my expense). BMW concluded the  following damages due to shop:
