Kaplan GRE Prep Course RIP OFF COURSES ***NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE*** Nationwide

There is suppose to be a money back guarantee....well it's NOT! I felt safe purchasing this class from a reputable company like Kaplan. Boy was I WRONG!!!

I signed up for the GRE PREP Courses Online. I took the trial class, paid the $1000 in mutiple payments. I was paired up with an online advisor, whom I contacted after taking the first class and requested to take the classes in 6-9 months, because I was not going to be able to take the classes at that time. I realized that I needed the math review prior to proceeding. A few months later I called to sign up for the classes that I had never taken and was told that my classes had EXPIRED! WHAT? I NEVER TOOK THE CLASSES AND I TOLD THE ADVISOR THAT! I requested a refund at that time because I had never taken the classes and learned that Kaplan was difficult to work with. I was directed to a Manager and was told that the classes could not be retaken (which I never took) that there was no refund available because I had never taken the GRE, and the time had EXIPRED!!!! This was beyond frusterating, because I completed the installment payments, and never expected KAPLAN to STEAL my hard earned money! Never has a company stolen money from me like this! Usually a company this large works to place you into another class, or refunds the money without a problem. I have never had such horrific customer service! I still have the emails to them, and have proof, but they are too large of a corporation to fight. I also tried to rebute the charges with my credit card, but they were not able to retrieve the money, because the time was past 6 months.
