KaRa NY Clothing Store/Boutique New York New York

DO NOT SHOP HERE.  The merchandise is of VERY POOR quality and the manager is not reasonable when asking for a refund/exchange.  I am very displeased with the customer service at KaRa.  I purchased a shirt last week and wore it to work on Friday.  Shortly after leaving my home, I realized the shirt was ripped in two places.  I unfortunately had to wear the torn merchandise for the remainder of the day.  Yesterday, I brought the shirt and my credit card statement to KaRa asking for a refund.  I was told because I don't have my receipt a refund will not be issued.  I asked for a replacement shirt and was told they no longer have that shirt in stock.  I asked for any item valuing $24.99 and I was told no.  I feel the manager is being extremely unreasonable considering the merchandise was damaged and I had brought my credit card statement as date and payment proof
