I have recently changed my trash service to Karmann Refuse and have been very please with the service. When I call the office everyone is friendly. As long as my bill is paid on time I have no interuption in service, in fact, they even give a grace week at the biginning of each month in case I am running late by a day or two. They also informed me they do curtious calls when an account goes past due so your trash will be picked up.

I am so pleased to finally have a service that cares about me. They are a local company, family and VETERAN owned. I love being able to keep my money in the community. I wish all companies hadled things as fairly as Karmann Refuse.

Good Company... Hah, rude employees

I have been a customer with them for a while. Although I have had some good service, I have also had some bad experiences. They have one particular employee that will come out and practically call you a liar.

I complained one time about trash not being picked up and she all but called me a liar, that the trash had been picked up and I had filled it up again wanting a free pickup or it was not out on time. The trash was out on time and was not picked up and because the driver noted that it was picked up, she refused to send them out again to pick it up and told me if I wanted it picked up it would be an extra charge. This same employee has been rude to me numerous times and I have tried to be understanding but rude is not acceptable.

Another time our trash was not picked up I called and was told I had a past due balance for which I had not received a bill for. We had moved and had a lot of extra trash one week. I expected a bill for it but never received one and never received a courtesy call of the extra charge nor a past due bill. Again the employee (a woman) insisted I had been billed for it. She was extremely rude to me and blamed me for my trash not being picked up.
