Was new to the area and was looking for commercial property to lease.  Rented a space from Kast Realty Enterprises LLC., and made one of the biggest mistakes ever.  The owner Jim Livers and his wife Connie Livers are bonafide thieves and con-artists.  After getting scammed into an illegal lease, we've been forced to deal with a leaking roof, no maintenance, and have been treated unbelievable poorly, all while paying thousands of dollars a month in rent, never missing a payment or being late.  If you ever have the misfortune of encountering this company, please take our advice and don't fall for their wolf in sheeps clothing act.
