Kathleen Monore called us a few years ago for an inspection at a property she represented the buyer or seller.  When it came time to collect the inspection fee Kathleen told the inspector "I already took care of it with the office".  He, not knowning she was lying went to his next stop.  The inspector didn't realize until he came back to the shop at the end of the day Kathryn Monore, realtor never paid over the phone or "took care" of any monetary portion of the bill.  Apparently she is overpaid to sell a house and we work for free.  The ethics of a woman who would rip someone off who provided a service is astonishing not to mention trashy and classless.  Just wanted to let our story be heard- we were RIPPED OFF BY KATHLEEN MONROE orange county realtor

We have realtors on a monthly basis who retain us and PAY FOR directly the pool inspections.  Home inspectors are not pool professionals and have little to no knowledge of swimming pool code, equipment longevity, water tables, testing bonding, GFCI circuitry, assessing age and condition of pool equipment, plaster, coping, tile and outlining hazards. 

  It is STANDARD and CUSTOMARY for us to ALWAYS provide estimated costs of repairs during inspections.   Our two office customer service agents that spoke with you can easily prove you're lying.  Our service technician and collections manager can all recite our conversations with you regarding the INSPECTION and PAYMENT.  When you LIED and told Sol "I took care of payment with the office"   Inspections are NEVER free. 

Especially for realtors, many of which will say anything to get their 2-6% commissions for a near skill-less job.     I was unaware of your defamatory comments until today.  Make another one and you will be sued for defamation.   We don't work for free!!  Hopefully Kathryn Monroe of Beachside realty, someone has decided to choose another realtor based off your decision to screw us out of a $95 inspection fee.  Petty "woman".

I've read others posting similar experiences of you being unethical  .......yeah, it must just be us

 ORANGE COUNTY POOL & SPA RIPS CONSUMERS OFF

See original email for estimate of repairs and nothing noted for inspection fee.  Buyers pay all inspection fees not a Realtor.  The inspection was done by the home inspector and paid for by the buyer that same home inspector also inspected the pool, the buyer wanted to get an estimate for pool repairs. This was from 2009 and clearly the email says nothing about any inspection fee for the estimate, so the lunatic owner, Brian Rejniak, must not have any business and be desperate to post this outlandish report 6.5 years later. Everyone knows the Realtor does not pay for the inspections, the buyer pays for them. This was not an inspection, clearly an estimate for repairs. They had an opportunity to earn the business of the new homeowner. Orange County Pool and Spa does not care about damaging their reputation by posting LIES on the internet. And offering to do FREE estimates and then attacking a REALTOR 6 years later. Bad business practice by Brian Rejniak.
