The scammer advertises a vehicle on a site like KSL.com or Craigslist. The vehicle is so ridiculously cheap, it seems to be too good to be true. That''s because it is. There is no phone contact only email. The person wants to set up the transaction through ebay Motors, They say to protect themselves and you. They use official looking emails to make you think your sendin the money to ebay. The vehicle will be shipped to you after a down payment has been made. The payment is to be made through Western Union or a similar money transfer company.
The red flags here are 1st- no phone contact, 2nd - ebay Motors does not use Western Union
