Lived in trailer park for several years, moved and have manufactured home still there, and the electric with no one living there was almost $300 with the thermostate at 65 and the water heater turned down,

called them and they said  i was on a gas/electric rate, that is why it was so high, and i have all electric home, witch i told them when i moved manufactured home to this site, they said the  last person at site was gas/electric rate so  that is what they billed as,

they said it was my responsibilty to prove i had all electric and i  did, but they will not fix the past years rate of gas/electric, and what is sad, is this is their policy, they said, and have done the same to others.
